Subject: FOI/EIR Request – Rubbish Left on Local Wildlife Site at Padden Brook, SK6.

Dear Vicki Bates, Monitoring Officer/ FOI/EIR Team,

I am writing to request information under the Freedom of Information Act 2000 and/or the Environmental Information Regulations 2004.

Please provide the following information:

  1. Details of any reports, complaints, or records held by the council regarding rubbish or waste that has been left on [name or location of the Local Wildlife Site] for over a year.
  2. Copies of any correspondence, internal memos, or notes relating to this issue.
  3. Details of any inspections, site visits, or assessments carried out by the council concerning this matter in the past two years.
  4. Details of any action the council has taken (or plans to take) to remove the rubbish or otherwise address the issue, including any enforcement action against those responsible.
  5. Any relevant council policies or procedures relating to waste or fly-tipping on Local Wildlife Sites.

If possible, I would prefer the information to be provided electronically.
