Peter Pollard has stated that Padden Brook Local Wildlife Site was covered for decades with a Woodland Protection Order, which protects the entire site. Given this, why has the devastation of this recognised and heavily protected site been allowed? The site has not been improved and tidied up and Councillors Clark and Roberts claimed. Why would they have said that?
