He should have declared an interest and taken no further part in the meeting as he worked for Manchester Airport. He didn’t. All my FOIA/EIR questions/council meeting questions have a purpose. Vicki Bates, formerly Assistant Monitoring Officer and now Monitoring Officer, has to shut me up because I expose corruption and waste at Stockport Council.
