This is a new 1950s-style, brutalist square, only lacking a 40 foot high statue of Enver Hoxha, or as someone mischieviously suggested – Councillor Tiddles (now Lord) Goddard.  How much has it cost us? £4,169,046 – yes, that is what I thought too!
