The full 2009 business case for creating ISSK. The Internal Audit report “ISSK Governance Arrangements” dated 16 September 2010. Any Audit Committee responses or action plans arising from that audit. Any post-project or “lessons learned” report following the winding up of ISSK. The legal advice accompanying the decision to establish ISSK, insofar as it is not legally privileged or has since been disclosed.
