Councillor Shan Alexander was one of the LibDem Executive Councillors at Stockport who was calling the police to sick, innocent, protective dad, Mr Michael Parnell, for offences such as trying to leave a council meeting before the end. She was also Chair of Stockport Magistrates until he faced prison herself for her dangerous driving. A cushy spell in Citizens Advice in Marple was her ultimate punishment. Why is she still a LibDem Executive Councillor?

Well, she was a magistrate, she did kill her passenger and faced prison, and she did facilitate the repeated/malicious imprisonments of a sick, innocent, fiercely protective dad until he died aged 58 on behalf of a LibDem paedophile councillor. What is not to love about her? And, of course, she has the LibDem trait of smugness
You are totally misinformed. Shan Alexander has never been the chair of Stockport Magistrates and has never been charged with dangerous driving. She was, however, charged and pleaded guilty of careless driving. Perhaps you should get your facts right for a change.
