I wish to draw the Council’s attention to my concerns regarding the treatment of Padden Brook within the emerging Local Plan. I have today submitted an Environmental Information Regulations request seeking the evidence relied upon by the Council. I ask that this correspondence is retained with the Local Plan records so that the Planning Inspector can see that these concerns were raised before submission of the Plan.
