You think this is a trivial matter? That incorrect contamination investigations have been done on a housing estate? The council has to make sure things are done properly. The response is overdue. Stockport Council fails to comply with the law on information governance.
I fail to understand what you are moaning about this time. From what you have posted you have submitted an information request to the Council and it has been acknowledged as being received. What more do you want initially – an instant detailed response! I am sure that the Council have far more important matters to deal with than an enquiry with regards to privately owned land and property. Why don’t you contact the owners if you want information rather than wasting Council time and resources.
