Mr Parnell RIP was admitted after his death aged just 58 to have been completely innocent. At his 3 day Crown Court Stockport Council security officers were found to have perjured themselves. Why did the LibDem Executive councillors at Stockport pursue this vendetta against a decent, honest man? Two years of curfew 8am to 8pm. He couldn’t even visit his dentist.
